Ithaca Calendar Clock Co. “No. 7 Cottage” shelf clock, 1869-1878.  One of the early wooden case clocks made by ICCC, at 22.5-inches tall in walnut with a very old finish and some serious patina.    The dial glass is newer, the calendar glass old; both dials are paper and the dial pan rims have been painted.  The calendar dial may be original, or at least an old replacement.  The hands are correct.  This example holds a La Porte Hubble 15-day, double-wind movement, unsigned, that is running; the pendulum is not correct, should be silvered on a specific hanger, and visible through the window at the top of the calendar dial (it will not keep time accurately until lengthened).  The calendar movement is certainly original and is advancing.  A good original example.  This model typically sells for $300-$400.
