Small wall clock, ca. 1880?  The labels on this clock are missing, the movement is unsigned, and the style is not one I recognize.  The carvings on the sides are deep and look “Black Forest” to me, and the metal dial is heavy European style.  The movement looks American, 8-day time-and-strike, running without problem and striking on a wire gong. The door glass is modern, the case has a heavy varnish and dark stain.  Runs for a while and stops, movement is dirty and needs to be cleaned.  $50-$150.
