Ansonia Clock Co. “Queen Elizabeth”, ca. 1901.  A 36-inch walnut case with an old finish. All the trim pieces are correct and the glass in the door is original.  The dial has been repapered and has yellowed, the hands are correct.  The signed movement is time-only, 8 days, and is running nicely.  An Ansonia beat scale behind the brass pendulum bob and the remnants of a label on the back.  Queen Elizabeths are popular clocks, generally selling for around $250.  $250-$325.
