Ansonia miniature marble clock, ca. 1900.  A 7-inch marble clock with a backwind movement.  This model is not shown in Ly’s Ansonia Clocks & Watches, but similar models are shown as “Marble Novelties” on page 333.  They came in 1 and 8-day versions; this one is an 8-day and is running.  I see no chips or cracks to the case, but it could use a light cleaning; note that the porcelain dial has several hairlines, the glass is beveled.  I can find no sales records in Antique Clocks Price Guide or on LiveAuctioneers.  $100-$500.
