Sessions “Office 12-Inch”, ca. 1935.  A 26-inch oak case with a replaced dial glass and an original lower glass with “Regulator” in gold lettering.  The painted dial shows some staining at the bottom, the hands are correct. The 8-day time-only movement has some serious problems, will not run, and will need service; it does have a fancy Sessions pendulum bob.  A good label on the back.  $25-$75.
