Antique American Clocks January 2021
243. $100
French carriage clock and case, ca. 1900. A French carriage clock marketed by Bailey, Banks &
Biddle department store in Philadelphia in the early 1900’s. I do not see a manufacturer’s mark on the clock but it is marked
‘France’. The timepiece is 4.5 inches tall with five beveled glasses; the leather case shows plenty of wear. A key is
included to wind and set; it is running without problem. $100-$200.
