Wayne Cline No. 10 Regulator (Figure 8), ca. 1980’s? A second No. 10 regulator reproduction,
this one in cherry, by Wayne Cline. The dial was painted in 1984 by The Dial House; the case is numbered 73. The dial
is signed by Wayne Cline this time, rather than a Howard stamp. The movement is signed by Wayne Cline. It is running just
fine; there is a complete pendulum tie-down here. $1000-$1200.
