Wayne Cline No. 10 Regulator (Figure 8), ca. 1980’s?  A beautiful reproduction of the E. Howard No. 10 regulator by Wayne Cline (Bowling Green, KY).  The mahogany case is 34 inches long.  The dial is stamped with an E. Howard signature; the time-only, 8-day movement, lead weight and case are signed.  The case is numbered 56. It is running effortlessly.  The only shortcoming I can find is the lack of a pendulum tie-down fastener.  Horton’s sold one in 2019 for $1150.  $1000-$1200.
