French carved shelf clock, ca. 1890?  This walnut case is 24 inches tall in a clean and attractive finish.  The 5-inch dial is brass with a gilded center behind a beveled flat glass.  There is an 8-day, time-and-strike movement signed with a logo I do not recognize and cannot find online.  If you know the maker please let me know!  It is running and striking on a brass bell.  $200-$400.
