Waterbury “Chantilly” crystal regulator, ca. 1914.  Under 12 inches tall in a very dull “brush brass” finish.  All four beveled glasses are good.  One noticeable hairline in the signed standard porcelain dial.  The clock is not running and the strike runs without stopping.  Needs work.  $100-$200.
