Daniel Pratt, Jr. OG, ca. 1840.  Not much of the label left in this 25-inch, 30-hour OG, but enough to determine that Pratt was the principal.  The veneer is good, the finish a bit flat.  A great period tablet lithograph of “Alameda de Paula Havana,” the first promenade in Havana.  The dial glass is also old, the small wooden dial is very plain but clearly old.  The hands are modern replacements.  The unsigned 30-hour movement is running and striking with two old OG weights.  Collectable for the tablet for sure.  $100-$200.
