New Haven “Dick Tracy” boy’s watch, ca. 1948.  Neither the case nor the movement are signed, but the New Haven Clock Co. made the Dick Tracy character wristwatch for boys in the 1940’s.  The dial, with an image of the detective holding a gun and marked “Dick Tracy”, is in good condition; the case is stainless steel with some wear, 35 mm from pin to pin, 27 mm across including the winding crown.  There is a black kangaroo band; the watch is running.  $50-$100.
