Seth Thomas Clock Co. “Regulator No. 2”, ca. 1925.  This is a later model with the simple base and clean door frame; the case is walnut with a polished finish.  The glasses are modern, the signed dial original; the 8-day ST movement is running without problem, with a proper ST weight and pendulum.  There is no label.  Walnut examples have been selling on AAC for $500–$900.
