Fred Ringer wall regulator, 1995.  A 33-inch case veneered in mahogany with tiger maple half-columns, an old mirror in the center, and a decorated dial surround on the dial glass.  The dial is iron, the hands cast spelter, the 8-day, time-only movement is unsigned; it is running strongly, driven by a lead weight. There is a tin weight shield and a banjo-style pendulum and bob, with a tie-down.  Fred’s signature is on the back of the lower door.  A beautiful clock.  $750–$1500.
