Seth Thomas Clock Co. “Empire No. 18” crystal regulator, ca. 1913.  A second example of this model, this one with a brighter gold finish but some wear-through to reveal the copper base. There are four good, beveled glasses and a flawless decorated, signed porcelain dial, with correct hands.  I can’t keep this guy running because it is out of plumb; it will strike.  $150–$300.
