101.           $100

Seth Thomas Clock Co. “Eclipse”, ca. 1880.  A 24-inch walnut case with a glossy finish.  All the ornaments look original; the door glass is a modern replacement, mounted inside-out. The dial was repainted by The Dial House; the hands are proper.  The Seth Thomas 8-day, time-and-strike movement is running and striking on a wire gong on a Seth Thomas base.  The pendulum is the Eclipse pendulum used only on this model.  There is an alarm hooked up but not tested, and there is an instruction label inside.  A popular model; AAC sold one last January for $100.  $100–$200.
