C. & L.C. Ives “Patent Brass Eight Day Clock”, 1830-1836.  A 37.5-inch case with a very dark and almost crusty finish.  This is the standard style clock these guys made, with the fixed center panel.  The glasses are old but have been replaced; the two tablets were painted by Tom Moberg.  The wooden dial board is clean with good gilding, the hands are period/correct.  The back of the dial board has some ownership notations.  The early strap-brass movement is unsigned; it is running, but the strike side is not functioning.  There are two proper old weights and a period pendulum bob, and a good label.  AAC has sold four of these over the past several years with an average price of $278.  $250–$350.
