Seth Thomas “Umbria”,
1902. A 41.5-inch oak case with a clean finish. Both glasses are old/original, the painted dial shows wear an, fading. The hands are ST Umbria hands, although the minute hand has been repaired. The heavy-duty 8-day, time-and-strike, spring-driven,
ST movement is running and striking as expected; these movements will run forever if you wind them. No label, but a 1902 date
on the back. Fontaine’s sold one last year for $550, a typical price for these clocks these days. $500-$800.
