PK-1,2. $10 ea
Gilded boudoir clocks, ca. 1910. On the left is a New Haven Clock Co. “Bellona”, and on the right is a Jennings Brothers
8-day gilded novelty clock. The Bellona is 9.5 inches tall with the original ormolu gold plating but shows wear and losses in
places. The dial glass is beveled, the dial is porcelain with a gilded centerpiece. It is running, one day backwind. The Jennings Bros. clock has bright gilding with little to no wear on the 10-inch case; the dial glass is beveled, the porcelain dial
bears the JB logo. It is running, 8 days, backwind. A nice example. Be sure to indicate which clock you are bidding
on. $10–$50 ea.
