E.N. Welch Manufacturing Co. “Glass Placque”, ca. 1889.  A 7-inch amber crystal glass plate on an easel stand with a one-day, time-only backwind movement that is running. The glass is cracked and repaired and is stable; the crack is not very noticeable.  The dial is paper with some soiling, the hands are correct.  I’m thinking not many of these have survived; only one sale on LiveAuctioneers, in 2009 at Tom Harris for $60.  $25-$100.
