Smiths gallery clock, ca. 1900?  This clock is 16 inches in diameter with a 10-inch dial.  The dial glass is modern, the metal dial possibly repainted some time ago, or possibly original, with some underlying corrosion.  The name has been relettered, the hands appear modern.  The 8-day, time-and-strike movement is very dirty and will not run.  It will strike on the wire gong.  Shouldn’t be too hard to get this guy running. $50–$150.
