Horolovar Clock Co. “Flying Pendulum Clock”, ca. 1970. You know, I don’t really know anything about these little (10 inches tall) clocks, although I have seen them running.  There should be a bead attached to a string, which is attached to a swinging arm (with the loops in it).  That arm swings back and forth and the bead on the string wraps and unwraps from the posts on either side.  They are based on a clock Chauncey Jerome marketed for a year or so in the 1800’s.  This clock lacks the string and bead, and it does not tick or run that I can tell. These are popular on eBay and sell for a broad range of prices, from $80 to $450.  I’m assuming this one can be fixed. $50-$150.
