Ansonia “Crystal Regulator No. 3” ca. 1914. This porcelain regulator has a traditional blue-green coloring scheme with pink flowers.  It stands 17.5 inches tall with four good, beveled glasses and tarnished brass columns.  The porcelain dial has some cracks, proper hands, and ruby pallets on the outside escapement.  The 8-day, half-hour gong strike movement is signed and running, but the strike does not always shut off and likely needs attention.  AAC sold two porcelain regulators last winter for $1200 each.  $1000-$1500.
