Atkins Clock Co. “Round Top No. 2”, 1859-1879. Made in several sizes, this one is just under 17 inches tall in myrtle.  Yes, myrtle; the catalog from 1873 shows that this (and other models) were made in myrtle.  It looks like walnut, and I think a semi-transparent stain has been applied.  Both glasses are old, the dial has been repainted and antiqued by Linda Rivard.  The hands are appropriate.  The 8-day, time-and-strike movement is running and striking a wire gong; there is a label behind plastic.  $100-$200.
