Seth Thomas “Parlor Calendar No. 6”, 1885. A 27.5-inch refinished walnut case with two old glasses, faded but original dials, and correct hands.  The shiny Seth Thomas movement is as clean as a whistle, running and striking the hours on the large bell.  The calendar mechanism is functioning, and the paper rollers have been painted gold somehow and the lettering touched up.  Two good labels and a date on the back. Three sales on LiveAuctioneers in 2021 for $375, $400, and $350 at reputable auction houses.  $350-$450.
