Southern Calendar Clock Co. “Fashion No. 4”, ca. 1885. A 32-inch solid walnut case with a clean finish and three original finials.  The door glass is original with the original lettering; the dials are original with considerable flaking to the calendar dial.  The time hands are correct replacements.  The 8-day time-and-strike movement is signed and running, striking the hours on the large brass bell.  The pendulum is correct, the calendar is advancing properly.  Good labels inside.  AAC sold two No. 4’s a year ago for $500 and $658.  $350-$600.
